The Hotel Alpin is a charming 3-star superior hotel in the heart of Saas-Fee, directly on the ski slopes and close to the cable car station. A beautiful house with 31 rooms, 1 restaurant, 2 meeting rooms, 1 gym and 1 wellness with sauna, offers a very well-kept gastronomy with hotel and menu cuisine.

Your tasks
- General kitchen work: Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel.
- Ensure that the quality of the dishes meets the hotel's standards
- Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen, including management of ingredients, maintenance of equipment and hygiene and cleanliness.
- Working with the team, especially assisting with service.

- Passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
