• You manage your own portfolio and acquire new clients to ensure growth in the region's results
• You guarantee the quality of your teams’ advice to clients
• You have a 360° approach, focused on specific needs in all insurance areas and close partnership with the General Agents for All Branches and Pension and Wealth in the region
• You represent AXA in the All Branches area in your region, guaranteeing AXA’s principles, values, philosophy and strategy
