DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
Notre client, un groupe international basé à Genève, recherche un Senior Systems Engineer expérimenté pour renforcer ses équipes infrastructure dans un environnement international multi-sites critique.
Le poste est fortement orienté infrastructure Microsoft On-Prem avec une expertise avancée sur les environnements Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange et Microsoft 365.
Le candidat interviendra sur :
Administration et support des infrastructures Microsoft Windows
Gestion Active Directory / GPO / Exchange On-Prem & M365
Administration VMware et Veeam
Déploiement, maintenance et évolution des serveurs physiques et virtuels
Gestion des patchs, monitoring et performance systems
Support niveau 3 infrastructure
Documentation et amélioration continue des procédures
Collaboration avec les équipes IT globales réparties à l'international
Participation ponctuelle à des interventions hors horaires en fonction des fuseaux internationaux
Environnement international exigeant avec forte autonomie et responsabilités opérationnelles.
PROFIL ATTENDU
Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en administration systèmes Microsoft
Très forte expertise Windows Server On-Prem
Excellentes compétences Active Directory / GPO / Exchange
Bonne maîtrise Microsoft 365
Expérience VMware et Veeam obligatoire
Solide background infrastructure hands-on
Expérience environnements internationaux / multi-sites appréciée
Anglais courant obligatoire
Certification Microsoft type MCSE appréciée
Très bon niveau de troubleshooting et résolution d'incidents
