Description
To support the development of our client in French-speaking Switzerland, I am looking for a technical sales representative capable of assisting clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and actively contributing to the development of their business in the Swiss market.
Technical Sales Representative (M/F/N)
Our client is a recognised player in the field of industrial coatings and high value-added technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- You ensure commercial development and full management of a client portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland.
- You support your clients with a service-oriented approach and build lasting trust-based relationships.
- You develop existing markets and identify new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategy.
- You actively prospect new clients and participate in expanding our market presence.
- You analyse market trends and propose concrete actions to strengthen our positioning.
- You identify opportunities for innovation and improvement regarding products, services, and processes.
- You organise, prepare, and conduct technical training sessions for clients and partners.
- You carry out various reports, statistics, and administrative tasks related to your activity.
- You primarily work in the field (French-speaking Switzerland) and from home office, with travel to German-speaking Switzerland.
Candidate Profile
- You have a technical education, ideally in painting, industrial lacquering, or a similar field.
- You have a successful initial experience in a commercial role.
- You possess knowledge of liquid coatings, industrial paints, or lacquering systems.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- You enjoy dynamic environments and are motivated by continuous development, innovation, and challenges.
- You actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, trust, and constructive feedback.
- You are recognised for your autonomy, reliability, perseverance, and initiative.
- You have a perfect command of French (C1) and a good level of German (B1), both spoken and written.
- Ideally, you have a good knowledge of English (B1).
